Jeff Burchfield: Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Jeff Burchfield is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Jenny Craig. Mr. Burchfield oversees all corporate legal matters, intellectual property, litigation, employment and compliance. Mr. Burchfield has broad experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including leading the acquisitions process of several businesses in the U.S. and internationally.
Prior to Jenny Craig, Mr. Burchfield held progressive positions at Curves and was with the international corporate law firm Haynes and Boone, LLP where he practiced financial transactions and business litigation.
Mr. Burchfield holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University and a Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School.
Tricia Kendall: Vice President of Healthcare Business
Tricia Kendall is Vice President of Healthcare Business for Jenny Craig. Ms. Kendall oversees the solution development, sales, and operation of the healthcare business channel. Ms. Kendall is responsible for strategic partnerships with health plans, pharmaceutical companies, wellness companies, and health systems to drive better health outcomes.
Prior to Jenny Craig, Ms. Kendall spent 20 years in Business Development and Sales, most recently as Regional Vice President of Towers Watson’s OneExchange business. Ms. Kendall's previous roles include Cigna Senior Sales Director and Partner at Hewitt Associates.
Ms. Kendall is a speaker on Population Health Management and has authored a variety of associated articles. While with Hewitt Associates, she was one of the first elected to the Women In Leadership Forum.
Yash Muralidharan: Vice President of Information Technology
Yash Muralidharan is Vice President of Information Technology for Jenny Craig. Mr. Muralidharan oversees technology strategy and the delivery of software and infrastructure projects across diverse, state-of-the-art technologies as well as the company's mission-critical IT applications and services. In addition, he is responsible for cyber security operations, including administering cyber security tools and managing the 24/7 cyber security operations center.
Mr. Muralidharan joined Jenny Craig in 2008 and has spearheaded the delivery of high-value business technology initiatives. He has a reputation for building strong relationships with internal lines of business, and a thorough understanding of information technology and proven cost-optimization strategies. He was named Vice President in February 2017.
Prior to joining Jenny Craig, Mr. Muralidharan worked as a Software Consultant based out of the San Francisco Bay Area, where he was responsible for software implementation and architecture.
Mr. Muralidharan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Mumbai University.
Peter Noverr: Chief Operations Officer
Peter Noverr is the Chief Operations Officer for Jenny Craig. Mr. Noverr oversees the manufacturing of all Jenny Craig products. He is responsible for product distribution into all company stores and direct distribution to consumers. In addition, Mr. Noverr manages system-wide inventory and Jenny Craig's physical assets at more than 400 locations.
Prior to joining Jenny Craig, Mr. Noverr held various progressive leadership roles over 15 years with functional food brands including EAS, Naked Juice, Atkins, Bora Bora Foods and Level Life Foods. He has delivered significant shareholder value during his tenure at each brand.
Mr. Noverr holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
Erin Parashkevov: Vice President of Human Resources
Erin Parashkevov is Vice President of Human Resources for Jenny Craig. Ms. Parashkevov oversees the development and delivery of HR strategies and services for Jenny Craig employees.
Ms. Parashkevov joined Jenny Craig in 2012 as Director of HR Operations. She has a strong track record of partnering with operations leadership to make data-driven people decisions and execute on business priorities. Ms. Parashkevov was named Vice President in April 2019.
Prior to joining Jenny Craig, Ms. Parashkevov led the HR Analytics function for Nestlé USA and held various process improvement and HR leadership roles at Aramark.
Ms. Parashkevov holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California.
Dan Redfern: Chief Financial Officer
Dan Redfern is the Global Chief Financial Officer for Jenny Craig. Mr. Redfern oversees all aspects of financial and strategic planning, financial reporting, accounting, transaction support services, and P&L performance management.
Prior to joining Jenny Craig, Mr. Redfern spent over 28 years in the food and beverage industry, most recently as CFO for Bonduelle Fresh Americas, Popchips, Inc. and the San Diego Division of Tyson Foods. Dan started his career in Public Accounting in 1980, working for Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse, and joined PepsiCo in 1989, where he spent 14 years working in both the Frito Lay and Pepsi Divisions. In 1998, Dan became the CFO and VP of Strategy for Pepsi Bottling Group Canada, where he helped lead a significant turnaround in profitability for this $1.4B division of PepsiCo.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management.
David Pastrana: Chief Executive Officer
David Pastrana is the Chief Executive Officer for Jenny Craig. He is a transformational business leader internationally known for his keen acumen in product development and merchandising, operational optimization and brand innovation. Mr. Pastrana brings more than 15 years of experience in president and C-Level roles, leading global multi-billion-dollar consumer retailers and top industry brands through enterprise and digital transformations to deliver business growth. Trilingual in English, Spanish and French, he has an exceptional record of developing talent and building high-performing teams across the globe.
Mr. Pastrana was most recently President of White House Black Market, where under his leadership, he successfully led the brand's repositioning and digital expansion, leading to double-digit sales growth. Prior to White House Black Market, he held leadership roles with such global brands as Zara parent Inditex, Topshop and Sears.
Mr. Pastrana holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master of Business Administration, Retail & Consumer Goods from INSEAD, Fontainebeau, France.
