- 1 cup
- orange juice
- 1 cup
- fat-free plain yogurt
- 1
- frozen banana
- 1 cup
- frozen strawberries or raspberries
- 1/4 cup
- Equal® Spoonful (Free)
- Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in ziploc bag, seal and freeze at least 5-6 hours or overnight.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
