Ingredients

5  
individual tea bag (any flavor)
5 cups  
boiling water
5 cups  
unsweetened apple juice
2 cups  
reduced calorie or no-sugar added cranberry juice
1/2 cup  
lemon juice
1/4 tsp  
pumpkin pie spice
5 packets  
any sugar substitute

Directions

  1. Place tea bags in a large heat-proof bowl.
  2. Add boiling water. Cover and steep for 8 minutes.
  3. Discard tea bags. Add remaining ingredients to tea and mix well.
  4. Serve warm or over ice.
