Ingredients

banana
1 cup  
strawberries
1/2 cup  
raspberries and/or blueberries
1  
(6oz) vanilla yogurt
1 cup  
nonfat milk
4 Tbls  
fat-free whipped topping

Directions

  1. Blend fruit, yogurt and milk in blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glass and top with whipped topping.
