Ingredients

 
vegetable cooking spray
1/2 cup  
chopped celery
1 cup  
chopped sweet red or green pepper
2 Tbls  
chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp  
prepared mustard
1/8 tsp  
ground white pepper
1/8 tsp  
ground red pepper
1/8 tsp  
hot sauce
2  
eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup  
reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 lbs  
fresh lump crabmeat, drained and flaked

Directions

  1. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add celery and chopped pepper; sauté until tender.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in parsley and next 4 ingredients.
  4. Combine eggs and mayonnaise; stir with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir in celery mixture; add crabmeat, stirring gently.
  5. Spoon into baking shells; place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes.
