Ingredients

 
nonstick vegetable spray
2  
fresh tomatoes, cut into halves
1 Tbl  
olive oil
1/2 tsp  
chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp  
dried oregano
1 tsp  
dried basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Lightly spray a 9 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick vegetable spray.
  3. Place tomato halves in baking dish, cut side up.
  4. Drizzle oil over tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top and bake 20 minutes. Serve hot.

    Makes 4 servings. Per Serving: 1/2 Vegetable, 1/2 Fat.
