- nonstick vegetable spray

- fresh tomatoes, cut into halves
- 1 Tbl
- olive oil
- 1/2 tsp
- chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp
- dried oregano
- 1 tsp
- dried basil
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Lightly spray a 9 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick vegetable spray.
- Place tomato halves in baking dish, cut side up.
- Drizzle oil over tomatoes.
- Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top and bake 20 minutes. Serve hot.
