Ingredients

6 Tbls  
granulated sugar
1/4 cup  
NestleĀ® Toll House Baking Cocoa
1/4 cup  
cornstarch
1/2 tsp  
salt
1  
(12-fl oz.) can NestleĀ® Carnation Evaporated Fat-Free Milk
1/2 cup  
water
1 Tbl  
butter or margarine
1/2 tsp  
vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in medium saucepan.
  2. Add evaporated milk and water; whisk to blend.
  3. Cook over medium heat; stirring constantly, for about 7 minutes or until pudding thickens (do not boil).
  4. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla extract.
  5. Serve warm or cold.

    Makes 4 servings. Per Serving: 2 1/2 Starch, 1/2 Fat.
