Dear Jenny,
Thanks for adding balance to my life. My weight lost has improved my health, sleep, and sports activities but what really has been important to me is the fact that by simply adding Jenny Craig to my daily activities (by meeting with my consultant, or setting up my day for success with the planned meals, or setting weekly goals and reviewing my progress) it’s added balance to my hectic life of juggling work and family. By going to Jenny Craig I added self improvement to my day and therefore put some balance into my life.
I’ve always been involved in sports and working out to improve and challenge myself to do more and become healthier, but I really neglected the dietary side of my day as my cholesterol hit 310. After working 10-12 hours a day, then going home to met up with my wife and kids there was no time left to get exercise and do family activities. No time was left for meal preps, so we lived the fast food life and tried to fit a 30 hour day into 24 hours.
After the first week at Jenny Craig it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders…and I don’t mean that literally, although loosing a few pounds was a nice reward as well. I knew immediately Jenny Craig was going to be part of my life, and when times got rough (not enough hours in the day) or things get a little out of perspective (like some weight gain) I’ve always been able to go back to "Aunt" Jenny to get back on the path and be successful with keeping work life balance where I want it.
Bottom line it shows. I’ve lost 25 lbs* on Jenny Craig and have been a member since 1991 and will be forever.
