Kathy!

I got to see my consultant, Kathy, this week. It was so great to see her after all this time. (It had almost been a month!) My weight is on track – despite the holiday season – but we both agreed that with my book tour coming up and touring with Wolfie in between, I should get back on the menu plan. It’s a no-brainer during this crazy time. Not to mention delicious.

I’m also journaling again. I really need to track my habits, thoughts and consumption on a daily basis so I stay in the driver’s seat. (Plus, I like reading it later.) That’s really my big tip to all of you: JOURNAL. It’s great for accountability as well as kind of a “time out.” Before you splurge, write what you’re feeling. Most of the time (for me), the craving subsides.
