Women’s Conference
The Women’s Conference, hosted by Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger happened recently. Its whole mission is to empower and educate women from all walks of life. Day of inspiration — reinforcing how how much you can achieve with the right tools and vision - kind of like JC program….Anyway, it was a HUGE honor to be asked to be a participant. HUGE honor. I met so many people at my booth, including a husband and wife who had just reached their goal on Jenny Craig! I love meeting other “Jenny” couples because I can relate to the whole team aspect. Tom and I were mutually inspiring to one another, we competed, we supported, we motivated…he was my rock. And I was his, well…rockette, I guess?
Speaking of Tom, we just celebrated our four-year anniversary. FOUR years! I look back at pictures when we met and I look like a completely different person. It’s amazing to me that he even asked me out! It’s like an angel was watching over me that first day we met in Arizona, and then again when Jenny called two years later, and then again, of course, with…Jenny’s new Hawaiian Chicken Salad.
