Bring on the Press
I get a rundown of where I “appear” each day...online, in the press. Usually, it’s by friends who leave messages like “Hey, I saw you on the cover of that magazine!” Or, “Don’t go to the market. There’s a terrible photo of you in a bathing suit.” I used to hate these calls. But I don’t cringe anymore when I hear I was photographed somewhere. The press has been very kind to me lately. I saw a shot of me in an online magazine, looking pretty good (I thought), under the headline, “Hot Moms!” It made me so happy!
I mean, maybe they’re not being so kind to me after all...
Maybe I’m just making their jobs harder.
