Getting SERIOUS about exercise

So, I’m going to the gym two days a week, no matter what. This week has been a bit brutal…I can feel every muscle as I write this! But I needed to pick up my game regarding resistance training. And I also walk on the treadmill at home two times this week. But here’s the kicker…I wear a weighted vest to trick my body into being heavier…which increases resistance and boosts calorie-burning. But what I DO know for sure is, that when I take it off, I feel as light as a feather! Love that.
