Sushi’s a raw deal…
My advice? Never have sushi before a weigh-in. Or at least not as much soy sauce as I like to use. Seriously…I am up .4 lbs* this week – that’s at least one of the crunchy rolls I had last night!
Ah, who am I kidding? I exercised less, ate more…hence the nudge on the scale.
But I am SO back on track. And I have to be because I leave for NY next week for RACHAEL RAY!!! I am so excited. And – with the exception of Hawaii - I adhere to the program very well when I am away from home. I bring the right amount of Jenny snacks, eat at my favorite restaurants that serve fresh salmon and veggies, and walk, walk, walk (especially in New York).
Kathy says I should journal while I’m there. Well, I guess I always should be journaling. Sometimes you aren’t even aware of bad habits until they’re staring you in the face.
And I have a feeling one of mine’s going to look a lot like hi-sodium soy sauce…
