September 2007- I Reached my Goal!!
I lost 40 pounds*!! Wow, what a journey?! I am so proud of myself! I want to thank all of you for your support. This is the moment I have been waiting for. I can't believe it! I went from a size 14 to a size 6* with Jenny Craig. I weigh 138 lbs*... a few pounds from my high school weight...that is crazy to me! LOL (I am actually laughing out loud!)!
My mom has not seen me in a couple of months and she is going to be shocked! We are taking a mother-daughter trip to Hawaii in a month and I can't wait to see the look on her face when she sees me!
I want to thank Jenny Craig and, more importantly, I want to thank my consultants Margaret, in New York, and RaChelle, at the Santa Monica office. I want to tell everyone how key the Jenny Craig consultants have been to my success. I met RaChelle about four years ago when I first tried Jenny. She would come to my house to weigh me, give me my consultations and keep me on the straight and narrow. Even now, I can call her every day and she is always there for me. To give me that kick in the pants, help me through a difficult time, whatever. She's like my big sister. I want to thank her for believing in me on the days that I did not believe in myself. Without her I probably would have given up.
Thanks for making me accountable. You are the best!!!!
I think we should have a Jenny Craig Consultant Day...what do you think! They are so important to the journey that you are on...so make sure you call your consultant and let them know that you appreciate them being there for you in the middle of making those lifestyle changes!
To all of you who are just beginning, in the middle, or at the end of your weight loss journey...congratulations for having the courage to change your life. It truly is life changing. I wish all the best.
