A Shoulder to Lean On
Whats up everybody! How ya’ll doing? If you’ve been following my team, you know I’ve been injured for awhile now. I’m really close to coming back though! It’s so hard to watch the games and not be out there with my teammates….but I’ve been doing a ton of rehab and in the last week or so doing a lot of cardio on the stationary machines to help keep me in shape. Because I wasn’t out doing my regular workouts I had to especially watch my diet. During this time I was relying on the Volumetrics® approach to keep me satisfied and my consultant to help me maintain my weight loss while I am off the court and my activity is lower than normal. When you get out of your normal routine, that’s when you really have to rely on all the tools that Jenny Craig teaches us. Whether you can’t workout because of your schedule, travel, or injury…remember to stick to the plan and capitalize on what we’ve all been taught and you shouldn’t have any problems! Keep working hard…hopefully by next time I write in I’ll have good news to report because I’ll be back on the court with my team! Peace out - BD
