Jenny on the Road
What up everybody, hope y'all had a nice Thanksgiving holiday. I'm on my way to Dallas for a four game road trip, the longest one of the season so far. By the time you read this we will be on our way to the next game!
While I am on the road I love going out to all the great restaurants in the different cities, but it can be difficult to make healthy choices. Thankfully I've got my consultant Victoria that holds me accountable! She's helped me learn more about the choices I should be making with the food Plus Jenny Craig has this excellent Dining Out Guide that gives you ideas for ordering things to keep your calories down — there’s even suggestions for eating out when I’m traveling or eating on the run at the airport. And I know I don’t want to undo all the hard work I've done to get to this point of how healthy I feel.
