"Some of my favorites"
Hey everyone...some of you have been asking me about my favorite foods and if I still eat things that I love, but might not be the healthiest for me. I gotta say the one thing Jenny Direct and working with my consultant taught me the most was "everything in moderation." I know because I'm a professional athlete and burning a ton of calories with the workouts, I can probably eat more than the average person, but that still doesn't mean I can order all the Mexican food I want and top it off with dessert...lol ;-) I've learned portion control, portion control, portion control!!! I still eat what I want occasionally, but now I just use portion control. Just stick with it!
