No Excuses!
Whats happenin?! Hope y'all had a good weekend. If you've been following my team, you know I've had a rough stretch of some injuries. I should be good to go very soon though…so keep watching and thanks for all the love and support!
One of the reasons I've been able to get back on the court is that I work at being limber. Before I get in bed, I always like to stretch. It's something you can do anywhere…in the hotel room, standing in your kitchen, on your bedroom floor…you can do it wherever, so there are no excuses! 15 minutes of good stretching calms me down and helps me de-stress after a hard day at work. I need it now especially with the season underway. Stretching helps me feel long, lean, and really relaxes me. Even if you sit behind a desk for a lot of the day, your muscles can still get tight.
Challenge yourself to just once or twice a week, and gradually work your way up to 4-5 times a week. Remember you can always do something better than you did before, so like I said…NO EXCUSES!
