  • 1/2   sml  eggplant, thinly sliced
  • 1/2   yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • 1/2   cup  mushrooms, sliced
  • 1   garlic clove, minced
  • 1   Tbsp  Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare Three Cheese Ziti Marinara as directed on package.
  2. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  3. Cook vegetables 5-8 minutes over medium heat, adding garlic for last minute.
  4. Add Three Cheese Ziti Marinara and stir with vegetables.
  5. Heat an additional minute.
  6. Top with Parmesan cheese.
