A festive salad is the perfect start to any Holiday meal. Try our Winter Salad recipe that features fennel, kale, red onion, pomegranate and Jenny's Cuisine Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 12  kale leaves
  • 1/2  cup  fennel, sliced
  • 1/4  cup  red onion, diced
  • 1/2  cup  pomegranate arils
  • 2  Tbsp  oil-based salad dressing or 2 Jenny's Balsamic Dressing

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the kale. Remove the stems and chop the kale into a very fine texture.
  2. Slice fennel and red onion and add arils to salad.
  3. Pour in dressing and stir all ingredients together and serve.
