For a refreshing, healthy salad, try this Tuna Crunch Portabella recipe. This dish uses Jenny's Cuisine Tuna Salad Kit, celery, lemon juice, pepper and portabella mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 1  Jenny's CuisineĀ® Tuna Salad Kit
  • 2  Tbsp  celery, chopped
  • 1  Tbsp  lemon juice
  • 1  pinch(es)  pepper
  • 1  large  portabella mushroom

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Mix tuna, celery, lemon juice and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place mixture in underside of mushroom.
  4. Crumble two crackers from the salad kit on top.
  5. Place stuffed mushroom on a baking sheet and broil for 14-16 minutes.
  6. Enjoy the rest of the crackers and peaches from the kit on the side.
