Sip on a low-fat and low-calorie Tropical Smoothie to cool off this summer. Combine nonfat milk, frozen orange juice, banana, fresh lime, coconut, nonfat sugar free vanilla yogurt, pineapple chunks, and ice cubes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2  cup(s)  nonfat milk
  • 1  Tbsp  frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2  banana, sliced
  • 2  Tbsp  fresh lime juice
  • 1/4  tsp  coconut extract
  • 1/2  cup(s)  nonfat sugar free vanilla yogurt, partially frozen
  • 3/4  cup(s)  fresh pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 3  ice cubes, optional

Directions

  1. In blender combine milk, orange juice concentrate, banana, lime juice, and coconut extract.
  2. Blend on high until well mixed.
  3. Add partially frozen yogurt and blend.
  4. With blender running, add pineapple, a few chunks at a time.
  5. Continue to blend until mixture is smooth.
  6. If desired, add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
