Make your own pizza at home with this Thai-Style Steak Pizza recipe. Quick and easy to make, this recipe uses top sirloin steak, roasted garlic oil, green onions, prebaked pizza crust, Thai peanut sauce, cheese, shredded carrots and cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4  lb(s)  boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1-in thick
  • 1  Tbsp  roasted garlic oil
  • 1/4  cup(s)  green onions - sliced
  • 1  pkg(s)  prebaked, thin pizza crust (12-inch diameter - 10 oz)
  • 3  Tbsp  prepared Thai peanut sauce
  • 1 1/2  cup(s)  shredded pizza cheese blend (6 oz)
  • 1  cup(s)  carrots - shredded
  • 2  cup(s)  fresh cilantro - chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut steak lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick strips.
  3. In large, nonstick skillet, heat garlic oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Stir-fry steak and onions in 2 batches, 2 to 3 minutes each, or until outside surface of steak is no longer pink.
  5. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon.
  6. Place pizza crust onto ungreased, large baking sheet.
  7. Spread with peanut sauce; sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese.
  8. Top with steak mixture; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  9. Bake in 425 degree F oven 11 to 13 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  10. Sprinkle with carrots and cilantro.
  11. Cut into 8 wedges, serve immediately.
