Sweet berries, crunchy almonds and fresh spinach create an unforgettable flavor combination in our Strawberry and Spinach Salad recipe. Top off your healthy salad with a Citrus-Herb Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 1  Tbsp  orange zest
  • 8  cup(s)  spinach leaves
  • 2  cup(s)  strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4  cup  green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4  cup  almonds, sliced or slivered
  • 2  Tbsp  orange juice
  • 2  pkg(s)  Jenny's Cuisine® Balsamic Dressing
  • 1  pinch  "Herbes de Provence" or other favorite herb blend

Directions

  1. Remove zest from orange peel using a fine grater.
  2. Toss first five ingredients together.
  3. Prepare dressing by combining orange juice, dressing and herbs. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Toss the dressing with salad and divide among four plates.
