Ingredients

  • 1/3  cup(s)  white wine vinegar
  • 1/3  cup(s)  water
  • 2  Tbsp  fresh chives, chopped
  • 1  Tbsp  Dijon mustard
  • 1  tsp  fresh oregano, minced
  • 1  tsp  fresh thyme, minced
  • 1  tsp  olive oil
  • 1/4  tsp  sugar
  • 2  cup(s)  torn Bibb lettuce
  • 2  cup(s)  torn radicchio
  • 2  cup(s)  tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 2  Tbsp  crumbled feta cheese
  • 4  (¼-inch thick) slices purple onion, separated into rings

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
  2. Combine Bibb lettuce and remaining 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour vinegar mixture over salad; toss lightly.
