Ingredients

  • 1/3  cup(s)  olive oil
  • 1/4  cup(s)  lemon juice
  • 2  Tbsp  orange juice
  • 1 1/2  tsp  sugar
  • 1  tsp  ground cinnamon
  • 1/2  tsp  ground cumin
  • 1/8  tsp  ground red pepper
  • 1/8  tsp  salt
  • 3  seedless oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1  cup(s)  fresh radishes, thinly sliced
  • 6  ounce(s)  package baby spinach or 6 cups torn lettuce
  • 1/4  cup(s)  sliced almonds, lightly toasted

Directions

  1. In a small bowl , blend olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, cumin, red pepper and salt, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine oranges, radishes, spinach.
  3. Just before serving , toss half of vinaigrette with salad mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds.
  5. Serve remaining vinaigrette at the table.
