Feast on an Italian-inspired sandwich with our Melty Italian Sandwich featuring Jenny Craig Pepperoni Pizza. Add fresh vegetables and herbs to your pizza for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1   Jenny Craig Pepperoni Pizza
  • 2   thin tomato slices, diced
  • 1   slice of red onion
  • 4   basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1   garlic clove, minced
  • 1   Tbsp  banana pepper, diced
  • 2   Tbsp  reduced-fat shredded cheese
  • 1/2   cup  baby arugula
  •   crushed red pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Top Pepperoni Pizza with tomato, onion, basil, garlic, banana pepper and cheese.
  3. Bake as directed on package.
  4. Layer arugula over top, cut in half and layer the two like a sandwich.
