  • 2  egg whites
  • 1  egg

  • 1/4  cup(s)  onion, chopped
  • 1/4  cup(s)  yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4  cup(s)  zucchini
  • 1/4  cup(s)  cherry tomatoes
  • 1  Tbsp  chopped black olives
  • 2  Tbsp  Feta cheese
  • 2  basil leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Spray pan with nonstick spray and cook mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, zucchini and tomatoes over medium-heat until tender.
