  • 1   Tbsp  reduced-calorie margarine, melted
  • 2   tsp  Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Place carrots in a saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
  2. Combine syrup, margarine, and mustard; stir well. Pour over carrots; toss gently to coat.
