Ingredients
- 1 Jenny Craig Chicken Carbonara
- 1/4 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1 Tbsp fat-free Italian salad dressing
Directions
- Prepare Chicken Carbonara as directed and allow to cool 10-15 minutes.
- Toss with peppers, onion, cucumber and dressing.
- Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
