Ingredients

  • 1  Jenny's CuisineĀ® Chicken Carbonara
  • 1/4  green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4  red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1  Tbsp  red onion, diced
  • 1/4  cup  cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 1  Tbsp  fat-free Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Prepare Chicken Carbonara as directed and allow to cool 10-15 minutes.
  2. Toss with peppers, onion, cucumber and dressing.
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
