Turn your Jenny Craig Cranberry Almond Barscotti into a tasty cherry cobbler with this recipe. Just add frozen cherries and a sugar-free whipped topping!

Ingredients

  • 1   Jenny Craig Cranberry Almond Barscotti
  • 3/4   cup(s)  frozen cherries
  • 2   Tbsp  sugar-free whipped topping

Directions

  1. Microwave cherries for 1 minute or until hot and juicy.
  2. Crumble barscotti by hand or with food processor for finer pieces.
  3. Place half of the crumbled barscotti on bottom of small bowl.
  4. Add half of the cherries and top with 1 Tbl of whipped topping.
  5. Repeat another layer with remaining ingredients.
