Ingredients

  • 1  7-inch spinach and herb flavored tortilla
  • 2  tsp  dijon-style mustard
  • 3  thin slice(s)  reduced-fat ham
  • 1 1/2  reduced-fat Jarlsberg cheese
  • 6  spinach leaves
  • 1  Roma tomato, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Spread mustard on tortilla.
  2. Place ham across center, top with cheese slices. spinach leaves. and tomato slices.
  3. Roll and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Cut into 6 slices to serve.
