Ingredients

  • 1  Jenny's Cuisine® Chocolate Cakes
  • 1/2  cup(s)  raspberries (or any other berry)
  • 1/2  tsp  no-calorie sweetener
  • 1  Tbsp  sugar-free whipped topping

Directions

  1. Place fruit in blender or food processor. Pulse to break up fruit. Add sweetener and blend to form a purée. Chill until needed.
  2. Drizzle fruit coulis over cake.
  3. Top each piece with small dollop of whipped topping.
