  • 1/4   cup  freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2   cup(s)  canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4   cup  tahini
  • 2   tsp  garlic, chopped
  • 1   tsp  grated lemon zest
  • 1/2   tsp  salt

Directions

  1. Puree the lemon juice with the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor until the texture is slightly chunky. Taste, and if desired, stir in more lemon juice.
