For a snack or meal with a kick, try this low-fat Buffalo Chicken Wrap recipe. Chicken is baked, instead of fried, in a hotpepper sauce. To tone down the spice, the recipe recommends reduced-fat blue cheese as a topping.

Ingredients

  • 2  cup(s)  chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2  Tbsp  hot-pepper sauce
  • 1/2  cup(s)  reduced-fat blue cheese dressing
  • 4  10-inch wheat tortillas
  • 2  cup(s)  romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1  cup(s)  celery, diced
  • 1  cup(s)  cucumber - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1  cup(s)  carrots - peeled and shredded

Directions

  1. Combine the chicken and hot-pepper sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing over each tortilla.
  3. Arrange 1/2 cup romaine horizontally down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top each with 1/2 cup chicken, 1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cup cucumber, and 1/4 cup carrots.
  5. Fold the sides of each tortilla toward the center.
  6. Starting from the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla up to the top.
