- 1 Jenny Craig Breakfast Scramble
- 1 nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup(s) green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup(s) onion, diced
- 1 pinch(es) pepper, to taste
- Heat Breakfast Scramble for half the time directed on package.
- Coat pan with cooking spray and heat to medium. Sauté bell peppers and onion about 5 minutes, until soft.
- Add Breakfast Scramble and dash of pepper to vegetables. Toss unil heated through completely.
