Ingredients

  • 1  Jenny's Cuisine® Florentine Breakfast Pizzas
  • 1  tsp  extra virgin olive oil
  • 1  Tbsp  onion, minced
  • 1  tsp  celery, minced
  • 1  tsp  garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2  cup(s)  tomato, diced
  • 1/4  cup  vegetable stock
  • 1  Tbsp  tomato paste
  • 2  tsp  flaxseeds
  • 1  tsp  low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4  tsp  chili pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Prepare Breakfast Pizzas as directed on package.
  2. To make the tomato pomodoro: Preheat a sauté pan on medium heat. Add oil, then onion, celery and garlic. Sauté until tender. Add the tomatoes with remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 to 4 more minutes.
  3. Place the tomato pomodoro on top of Florentine Breakfast Pizzas.
