Try this tasty and easy to make Baked Tomatoes recipe. This is perfect for a quick snack or side dish. Only 44 calories per serving.

Ingredients

  • 2  fresh tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 1  Tbsp  olive oil
  • 1/2  tsp  fresh parsley, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1  tsp  dried oregano
  • 1  tsp  dried basil
  • 1  Nonstick vegetable spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350┬░F.
  2. Lightly spray a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray.
  3. Place tomato halves in baking dish, cut side up.
  4. Drizzle oil over tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top and bake 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
