What is a Weight Decade?
Good question. A weight decade is a milestone in your weight loss journey. It happens when you lose weight, and the scale moves down into a new ‘weight-in-pounds’ decade. Going from 180 pounds to 179 pounds puts you into a new weight decade -- you’re out of the 180’s!
It is important to note and celebrate these milestones, because they are a visual and mental reminder of your success and progress towards your goal. As you move down through the decades, you will notice other changes too: your clothes may fit better, you may have more energy and may feel more confident. Remember to celebrate this milestone!
