Tips to get started:

● Begin slowly. Focus on keeping track of what you're already doing. Start out with a walk around the block and then add another block as you feel energized.

● Once you feel you have a regular schedule, think about ways to add a little more exertion, or build some extra steps or movement into your day. You will burn more calories without even knowing it!

● Share your goals with a friend, your family, your social network or a workout partner to help you stay motivated.

● Make a plan -- get to 10,000 steps a day!
