● If you think of yourself as someone who is full of energy and enjoys physical activity, you’ll be more likely to find ways to be move more.

● On the other hand, if your self-image is tired and weak, your natural response to activity (whether it’s climbing a mountain or a few stairs) will be to find something else to do.

Imagine yourself as someone who enjoys moving. See yourself walking with a bounce in your step, suggesting a walk after dinner instead of dessert, playing ball with your children.
