Add Zest to your Jenny Craig Menu with Vinegar

Used for centuries around the world to combat a variety of ailments, vinegar is a powerful antioxidant with proven antimicrobial and antibacterial properties.

Ready to add more vinegar to your menu? You’ve probably already tried adding a dash of malt vinegar to your Jenny Craig Fish & Chips…so here are three other creative ways to use it.

1. As a topping
