4 Smoothies to Make With Your Jenny Craig Shake

Perfect for an on-the-go meal or snack, a smoothie can satisfy your sweet tooth while providing the nutrients and energy you need to keep you going throughout your day. Here are four healthy smoothie ideas that use Jenny Craig shakes and include vegetables, too!

Hide Your Veggies
To bulk up the nutrition in your smoothie, you can add as much non-starchy vegetables as you’d like! Spinach, kale, romaine lettuce, and carrots are perfect, healthy additions to your smoothie. Vanilla Cream and Banana Shake

What you need:
1 Jenny Craig Vanilla Cream Shake
½ frozen banana
½ cup ice
1 Jenny Craig Lite Table Syrup

Mix all ingredients in the blender and enjoy!

Chocolate Dream Shake with Berries
