A Program Just Right for You
One size does not fit all. Not in pants. Not in programs, either. Pick the program that works with you, not against you.
Jenny's programs help you to Eat Well, Move More and Live Life. You can pick from our Jenny-Set-Go, Premium Success or Metabolic Max programs all designed to help you learn portion control, get you moving more and think positively about your journey.
You Choose Where—At Home or In-Centre
Get with the program. Or have the program get with you, wherever it works. Jenny has two great options to choose from: At Home or In-Centre.
At Home offers convenience and privacy in the comfort of your home with weekly phone consultations. In-Centre offers in-person support and motivation at over 650 locations.
Jenny's Cuisine® is delicious portion control food that can adapt to fit your lifestyle. And that includes your sweet tooth.
Jenny's daily menus include Jenny's Cuisine® as well as your own food. You'll enjoy three Jenny's Cuisine® entrees and one snack every day, which you'll complement with your own grocery foods, like fresh fruits and vegetables. The ultimate goal is to transition you to planning your own healthy meals with your own food.
Jenny shows you how to find your groove in ways you might not have even thought about.
An active lifestyle is a key factor in any weight loss journey. No matter what your current level of activity is, we'll help you create a program that works for you today and that grows as you are ready to take on more.
Jenny believes everyone deserves to be healthy, feel good and live life. Lowering and maintaining your weight are key to leading a healthy lifestyle.
National survey data for 2009–2010 indicated that 35.7% of U.S. adults were obese.1 Those who are obese have increased risk for type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, stroke, high blood cholesterol, osteoarthritis and some cancers.2 In a recent clinical trial of 442 female participants, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, Jenny Craig participants who followed the U.S. centre-based program:3
- Lost a mean of 10.9% of initial weight at one year
- Maintained an average of 7.9% weight loss at 24 months compared to a mean of 2.6% for usual-care participants at 12 months
- Experienced favorable changes in total/LDL cholesterol and leptin levels
- Increased plasma carotenoid levels due to increased intake of fruits and vegetables
- Improved cardiopulmonary fitness
At Jenny Craig, our philosophy is to help clients Eat Well, Move More and Live Life today and every day. So do what you can to achieve a healthier lifestyle for yourself and your family!
