If personal accountability keeps you motivated, then working with a Jenny consultant is right for you. With Jenny, just choose the level of support you need to achieve your goals. You'll have options to work with your consultant one day a week, or as often as three days a week with our Jenny All Access membership option.
Support where you need it the most
Whether you prefer weekly in-person support or on-the-phone coaching, Jenny has you covered. You'll choose between our In-Center or At Home options when you start Jenny's program. Either way, you'll get the personal attention, support and motivation needed to keep you on the path to success. Your consultant will design a plan to meet your specific lifestyle and needs. During each one-on-one consultation you'll:
- Assess your past week's results
- Choose your Jenny's delicious cuisine for the coming week
- Create an activity plan to enhance your lifestyle
- Plan for upcoming events like dining out or traveling

Jenny's consultants are health-oriented and client-focused individuals who partner with our members to help them achieve their goals. They all attend a comprehensive training course and are certified by a Jenny Craig Trainer. And they receive monthly continuing education on nutrition, physical activity and motivation to keep them at the top of their game.
