We'll help you gradually get to a goal of 30 minutes or more of moderate activity at least five days a week. Your personal activity plan will be based on your comfort level, lifestyle and goals. Jenny makes it doable, not daunting. Don't worry, we'll help get you there.

Support is the part that many programs overlook, and one of the keys to success. Jenny's one-on-one support is designed to strengthen self-monitoring, goal-setting, problem-solving and coping skills. And we all need those to reach our end goal of a healthy weight.

Once a week, you visit your centre or schedule a phone consultation with Jenny Craig At Home. With your trained consultant, you get personalized education that focuses on the three success factors for healthy weight management: Food, Body and Mind.
