Holiday Recipes
Cranberry Spritzer
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: minutes
Ingredients:
- 5oz white wine
- 4 oz sparkling water
- 1/4 cup cranberries
Directions
- In a wine glass, combine wine and sparkling water.
- Stir in cranberries. *Lemon can be used in place of cranberries, if desired. Makes 1 Serving.

Baked Tomatoes
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- nonstick vegetable spray
- 2 cup fresh tomatoes, cut into halves
- 1 Tbl olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Lightly spray a 9 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick vegetable spray.
- Place tomato halves in baking dish, cut side up.
- Drizzle oil over tomatoes.
- Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top and bake 20 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings.

Fudgey Brownies
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 (19 oz) box plain brownie mix
- 1 egg whites
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 water (for brownie mix)
- nonstick vegetable spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Prepare brownies as directed on box, substituting egg whites for eggs and nonfat yogurt for oil. Add water and blend.
- Spread batter into 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking pan coated with nonstick vegetable spray on bottom only.
- Bake 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Makes 16 servings.
