- One-on-one Weekly Phone Support
Each week, you'll speak privately with your trained Consultant via phone to plan your weekly menu and activities, discuss strategies to overcome challenges along the way, and celebrate your successes. A pivotal part of the Jenny Craig Program, these weekly consultations play a major role in our clients' successes. - Convenient Food Delivery – Straight to Your Door
You'll order your Jenny's Cuisine from your Consultant and receive it right at your door, in two or four-week increments via Fed Ex (plus the cost of shipping). - A Fit for the Busiest Lifestyles

Each week, you'll speak with your personal Consultant for a 15-minute, private consultation. He or she will help you monitor your weight loss progress; encourage you to set personal goals to build a healthy relationship with food, lead an active lifestyle and add balance to your life; provide strategies to handle challenging situations such as dining out, traveling and unplanned changes; and also help you select satisfying and convenient weekly menus that fit into your lifestyle.

Basically anyone who would qualify for one of our Local Centre Programs and who prefers to lose weight from the convenience and privacy of their own home! Jenny Direct® is available to clients in all US territories and Canada. We also service APOs for the military.

First, open the "Start Here" package and follow the instructions. We also encourage you to look over the Success Made Simple Guide and Week 1 Menu before your first consultation, so you can maximize your time with your personal Consultant!

No. When you get to the point where you only have one week of food remaining, you'll place your next food order with your Consultant during your weekly phone consultation.

To help ensure that each day's menu is nutritionally balanced, each shipment you receive will contain two of our Jenny Craig supplements if you are taking them. For MultiPlus, you'll want to take one capsule in the morning and another at dinner, each time on a full stomach and with a glass of water. Protect Plus comes in a bottle, and you may take one capsule after dinner.
