- I need help logging in to jennycraig.com.
- Here are some troubleshooting tips that may help you log into jennycraig.com.
- When logging in, you should only be asked for your username/email and password. If you are entering any other information (such as your address or phone number), you are probably registering not logging in.
- The Login Window will always appear at the top right of the screen. If you are "logging in" anyplace else, you are probably registering not logging in.
- If the Login Window stays open for an extended period of time while displaying the message, "Logging You In ", the website may be experiencing temporary technical problems. Close your browser and try again a few minutes later. If you continue to experience this problem, your password may need to be reset. Please call 800-JennyCare for assistance.
- If you click "Tools | Log in" and don't see the Login Window, please make sure you have JavaScript enabled on your browser. For help with this, please refer to the help file for your browser or your computer's user manual.

- Here are some troubleshooting tips that may help you register on jennycraig.com. When registering:
- If you receive the "user already exists with " error, you are already registered and just need to login. If you don't know your password, call 800-JennyCare. (Accounts are sometimes automatically created by our system.)
- If you receive the "allow 72 hours" error and you have been a Client for more than 72 hours, call 800-JennyCare.
- If you are a Jenny Craig At Home client, be sure to click the "Jenny Direct" button. You should then only need to enter your Account Number and not your Centre ID.
- When entering your Centre Number and Account Number, if you receive the "information you entered doesn't match our records" error, please make sure you have entered your correct zip code in "My Account Information." If your zip code is correct and you still receive this error, call 800-JennyCare.

- How can I change my email address and/or password?
- If you are already registered on jennycraig.com and would like to change your email address or password, please do the following:
- Login to jennycraig.com.
- Roll over "Tools" in the top navigation.
- Click on "My Account". (You must be logged in to access this page.)
- Click on "Tools Account Info" in the top right bar.
- You will be able to modify your email address and/or password on this form.
- Remember to click "Save Changes" when you are done!

- How can I enter my Centre Number and/or Account Number?
- If you are already registered on jennycraig.com and would like to add your Centre Number and/or Account Number, please do the following:
- Login to jennycraig.com.
- Roll over "Tools" in the top navigation.
- Click on "My Account". (You must be logged in to access this page.)
- Click on "Program Details" in the top right bar.
- Select the checkbox that says, "I am already a Jenny Craig client."
- If you are a Jenny Craig In-Centre Member, enter your Centre Number and Account Number. If you are a Jenny Craig At Home client, enter your Account Number.
- Click "Submit."

- How do I know if I am logged in or not?
- If you see "Tools | Log in" at the top right corner of the screen, you are not logged in. When you are logged in to the site, "your name will replace Tools | Log in."

- I have logged in but cannot access the online Menu Planner.
- First, check to make sure you are logged in. If you are logged in, you should be able to find the online Menu Planner by clicking on "Tools" in the top navigation, and then on "Menu Planner" in the right side bar.
Please note that the online Menu Planner is only available to Jenny Craig Clients.
If you are a Jenny Craig Client and can't access the Menu Planner using the above instructions, please do the following: - Login to jennycraig.com.
- Roll over "Tools" in the top navigation.
- Click on "My Account". (You must be logged in to access this page.)
- Click on "Program Details" in the top right bar.
- Select the checkbox that says, "I am already a Jenny Craig client."
- If you are a Jenny Craig In-Centre Member, enter your Centre Number and Account Number. If you are a Jenny Craig At Home client, enter your Account Number.
- Click "Submit."
