In Betweener to 5K

As an In Betweener, this workout thing is not a new concept for you, but walking a 5K can still be a challenge. Start on one of the plans below and you will walk those 3.1 miles like a champ. We even threw in a little cross-training for those who want a little extra challenge. Examples of cross-training are cycling, yoga, swimming, weight training and Pilates.
